The Columbus Dispatch confirmed this morning that Comdey Central's The Daily Show with John Stewart will be coming to Ohio for a week this fall. The four shows will be taped October 30 through November 2 at the Drake Center on OSU campus. The visit will fall the week before the November 7 midterm elections, earning it the title of "Battlefield Ohio: The Daily Show'’s Midwest Midterm Midtacular." I e-mailed in my request for tickets this morning at the Daily Show's website. Attendance is going to be severely limited by the fact that the taping is taking place in the 250-seat Roy Bowen Theatre. Hopefully my endeavor to obtain tickets is successful.
